What a fantastic place! I brought in a pair of heels that had seen better days, and I was worried they wouldn’t be salvageable. To my surprise, the craftsmanship and attention to detail were beyond my expectations. The owner not only repaired them but also suggested some ways to keep them looking great in the future, which I really appreciated. The ambiance in the shop is also inviting, with lots of interesting leather goods and tools that make you think about the artistry behind shoe repair. One tiny suggestion I would make is to have some seating available for customers who might have to wait, as it can sometimes get crowded. But overall, I left with a huge smile on my face and a new favorite spot for shoe repairs. I’ll definitely be coming back!
